2. Service Description

Tasky is a task and team management platform for creating organizations, assigning tasks, communicating, and monitoring performance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tasky.

4. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Keep your credentials confidential
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information

5. Organizations & Roles

Anyone can create or join an org. The creator manages members and permissions. Tasky is not responsible for internal disputes.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use Tasky for illegal activities, upload malicious content, harass others, or access data you don't own.

7. Content Ownership

You own your content. By using Tasky, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to operate the service.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid plan. Fees are billed per your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tasky is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, missed deadlines, or disputes between users.
